Japan Stock Anchor
Japan Stock Anchor Introduction
The Japan Stock Anchor is a well-known common traditional anchor. Marine stock anchor’s flukes and anchor shank are usually cast as a whole and have a crossbar which is perpendicular to the fluke plane. This Stock anchor normally has double claws except some one-claw anchors. When using the stock anchor, one fluke embeds into the deep soil with great holding power. Due to the crossbar, the stock anchor is not convenient for collection. Therefore, it is mainly used for small ships.
The Japan Stock anchors have a weight range of between 500kg to 8,000kg.
The Stock Anchor can be supplied with certification from any of the major classification societies
