HKG Series High-Temperature Chemical Bitumen Pump Application
HKG Series High-Temperature Chemical Bitumen Pump (starch pump, high-temperature slurry pump) is single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump series. This chemical bitumen pump is developed on the basis of the IH pump upgrading innovation into standard Centrifugal Pump, design according to the international standard ISO2858 and manufactured according to international standard ISO5199/DIS, is derived product of IH chemical centrifugal pump, spare parts size has achieved standardized efficient product, gaining a good reputation by customers.
The HKG chemical bitumen pump is mainly used in oil, chemical industry, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power plant, metallurgy, food and pharmaceutics, etc.industrial departments to transport clean or containing particles liquid, low or high-temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid, the medium average temperature is -45℃～200℃. High-temperature type, slurry type medium temperature -60℃~+360℃ conveying high temperature and normal temperature particles corrosive liquid, also can transport corrosive liquid similar to water. This chemical bitumen pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, wine, power, environmental protection and hostile environment.
This bitumen pump characteristic is particularly prominent, 6 sets sealing structure, 3 types of bearing cooling method, 2 kinds impeller forms, with strong reliability, good interchangeability.
